Course

The course at Cape Henlopen State Park Gordon’s Pond is an out & back course that takes you on the crush & run trail towards Lewes to the 2.5 mile turnaround which is close to Herring Point. Once around the turnaround the course backtracks the same out & back direction. It is off the traditional road course, but it is safe, wide enough to pass, and very beautiful & unique On the Gordon Pond Trail.
