Overall Finish List

March 19, 2017....Thank you so much for all your support this AM as we braved the wind and rain on a beautiful course through Cape State Park.  This morning as I set out before 5 a.m. in the cold and pouring rain I thought to myself  "We may not have 50 runners".  But to my surprise we have over 100 runners who were cheering and having a good time all morning...Special thanks to the start presentaion that the "Friends of Pat Petersen" made to me in front of the field of runners.   Pat, the Long Island, NY Olympic Marathoner died at 55 years young from pancreatic cancer.  Pat, who loved to come to the Shamrock Shuffle event, held the American Record at 2:10:04 and finished in the top 5 at the NYC Marathon three times.  Pat's enthusiastic friends chanted all the winners names as they came up to get their award.  

Also...A very special thank you to my waterstop crews...Luanne, Emma, Sam & crew, Caroline, Ry, Ally, Camila, and Mateo.   Lastly my twin sprinting Daisey gals, Amaya & Aya, for all their elp running registration & awards.
