Course

The course at Cape Henlopen State Park is a loop course that takes you on the crush & run trail to a paved trail to a dirt/crush & run trail to the 2.5 mile turnaround which is back at the start finish. Once around the turnaround the course backtracks the same out & back direction. It is off the traditional road course, but it is safe, wide enough to pass, and very beautiful & unique.
