EVENT DESCRIPTION:  

The Ryan Lambert Memorial is a charitable organization that has been formed with the intent of raising awareness and funds to support both Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF) and the American Foundation for Suicide Awareness (AFSP) in the name and memory of Ryan Andrew Lambert.  The Ryan Lambert Memorial Committee, along with the Seashore Striders, look forward to hosting you at this very important fundraising event.   Thank You!

 

RACE LOCATION:  Bowers Beach, Delaware.      "The Way Life Used to Be"

 

RACE TIME:  Kids Dash @ 9:45am and 5k at 10:00am.

RACE REGISTRATION for Individual 5k Run & 5k Walk:

  • $30.00 Early-Registration through June 6th at 10:00pm
  • $35.00 Race Day from 8:30am - 9:50am
  • There is No Charge for the Kiddie Dash...Age?

  • 1. Online Registration through RUNSIGNUP here at this site.                                                                
    •  "The easiest & most popular way to register for Seashore Strider events"
  • 2. Race Day/On-Site Registration.  Most Seashore Strider events begin on-site registration 1 hr./60 min before the start of the event.  
  • 3. Mail-In Registration.  The Seashore Strider Event Page has a Universal Entry Form attached that can be downloaded and printed out
    • Please fill out the form completely & neatly double checking Age, Gender, Entry Fee Price (some events have different fee's) & Event Choice.
      Mail completed paper registration to:  Seashore Striders; 9 Gander Lane; Lewes, DE. 19958
      Please mail early so that we receive it by Monday of Race Week to be guaranteed an event t-shirt/swag if available.

Results

RACE TIMING:  Seashore Strider Event Production will chip time the event using the Chronotrack chip timing system.  All Race Bibs are to be worn on the front.
