The late Coach Lou Nicoletti, known as Coach Nic, spent over 40 yrs coaching XC & T&F in the State of Delaware, as well as a short time in California. Coach Nic built Delcastle & Sussex Tech into distance running powerhouses with multiple Conference and State Titles. Hundreds of runners are better people because of life lessons taught by Coach Nic. Coach Lou Nicoletti passed away on April 9, 2020 at the age of 70. Let's celebrate his life with one of his favorite sayings "Let's just run a poopin' 5k"

WHERE- Sussex Tech High School- 17099 County Seat Highway; Georgetown, DE 19947

COURSE- 3.11 mile cross country course that was designed by Coach Lou Nicoletti.

BENEFITS- Proceeds to Benefit the Cross Country & Track & Field Teams, as well as the annual Lou Nicoletti Scholarship to be presented to a Senior track & field/xc athlete at the annual end of the year sports awards ceremony.
