This the 5 mile qualifier event and Event #1 of the Seashore Strider Championship Series

CLYDESDALE/FILLY DIVISION: This event will include a Clydesdale/Filly Division. Male participants must be 190+ lbs. & female participants must be 150+ lbs. to be eligible.  All Clydesdale/Filly Division participants must weigh in race morning to participate. Please go the the Weigh-in station and check in with John. On race day it is your responsibility to inform race staff that you’re a “clydesdale runner” or we will assume you are an “age-group runner.” Clydesdales/Fillys are encouraged to pre-register, once you have picked up your packet, you must go to the weigh-in station. Note: No duplication of awards. You may run either within your age group or as a clydesdale/filly, but not both ways. Thank you for your cooperation.

Lewes, Delaware: The start will be at Cape Henlopen High School. Course will wind through scenic Lewes before returning to finish at CHHS.

$22.00 Early-Bird Registration through April 26th at 6 p.m.

$25.00 Pre-Registration through May 24th at 6 p.m.

$28.00 Race Day Registration from 6:00-7:25 A.M. or register online at www.seashorestriders.com before 5/24/19.

Awards

Trophy Awards will be presented to the Overall Top Two (2) Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters (40+ yrs.), as well as the top three (3) Male & Female finishers in the following age categories: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-24, then 5-year age groups through 80+. Awards will also be presented within various Clydesdale/Filly weight and age categories. No duplication of awards. You may run either within your age group or as a Clydesdale/Filly, but not both ways.

Clydesdale/Filly Runners must weigh in.
