9:00 A.M. (RAIN, SHINE, OR MUD)

WHERE:

THE FARM; MILTON, DE.

Follow signs from Rt. 16 off of Rt. 1 heading toward Milton. Entrance to the Farm is 5 miles west of the Rt. 1/Rt. 16 intersections, and 1 mile west of the Rt. 5/Rt.16 intersection just off Rd. 238 or Saw Mill Road.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

INDIVIDUAL:

Male or Female

TEAMS:

Male, Female, & Co‐Ed Teams (Co‐Ed can be MMF or FFM)

Unlimited team members

Encouraged, but not required, to stay together and support each other

YOUTH RACE:

12 & U Mini-Mudders

MINI MUDDERS!!! Kids will have their turn to play in the MUD also. After the official mud run kids will be able to runner a shorter, smaller obstacle course for $10. It's not just the grownups having fun on race day...Youth Cotton T included

CHALLENGES:

Challenges will be announced and explained on April Fools Day at www.seashorestrider.com

AWARDS:

· Overall, Masters, & top 3 in seven age groups in the individual races.

· Medals to all finishers in team races.

· Medals to all youth in the mini-mudder 12u race.

PROCEEDS:

A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the Harry Bonk Agricultural Scholarship Fund & the Milton Fire Dept.
