PARKING:

Please arrive early as Rehoboth traffic is heavy on summer weekend's mornings. Free parking race morning until 10:00 am. Meters take effect starting at 10:00.

QUALIFIER:

· Event #5 Seashore Striders Championship Series;

· Strider Triple Crown Series (three races in three days)

5 Kilometer Run/Walk (3.1 Mile Run/Walk)

The event will benefit the Seashore Strider Youth Cross Country Team.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

6:30 – 7:25 am race day registration and packet pick-up

7:30 Start of 5K race

Post party and Awards ceremony following 5K at Rehoboth Ale House

AWARDS AND RESULTS:

· Male and female overall finishers, masters, and top three in 16 age groups: 9 & U, 10-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 & O.

· Feature event - will present “2nd Place” Overall Awards

· Will present Clydesdale/Filly Division awards

CLYDESDALE/FILLY DIVISION:

This event will include a Clydesdale/Filly Division, male participants must be 200+ lbs. & female participants must be 150+ lbs. to be eligible. We will use “honor” weight system unless a challenge is made. Clydesdales/Fillys are encouraged to pre-register. On race day it is your responsibility to inform race staff that you’re a “Clydesdale runner” or we will assume you are an “age-group runner.” No duplication of awards. You may run either within your age group or as a Clydesdale /filly, but not both ways. Thank you for your cooperation.

AMENITIES:

• Post-race refreshments After party sponsored by Rehoboth Ale House with breakfast goodies- fresh fruit, bagels, juice, coffee, and beer (for adult over 21).

• Custom designed Technical Performance t-shirts for men and women guaranteed to pre-registered runners (and while supplies last)

• Water Stops at start/finish and on course

• Timing and Finish Line by Seashore Striders/Masser Systems

• Championship series results displayed at each event courtesy of Masser Systems Inc

Additionally the Rehoboth Ale House have extended to all runners a 10% discount off food and beverage bills for the week starting Sunday (bring your bib).

Early Registration - $20 per participant (postmarked by Monday of race week)

Registration - $25 per participant
