Presented to the male/female 5K Overall and Master Champions as well as the top three finishers in 8 (10y) age groups from 13 & under to 70 & over.

AMENITIES:

Tech T-shirts guaranteed to the first 100 participants; refreshments; timing and finish line by Seashore Striders Race Production, Inc. This 5k is a 3.1 mile course on grass with rolling hills throughout the course
