Presented to the male/female Overall and Master Champions as well as the top three finishers in 9 age groups from 9 & under to 70 & over.

Duffle Bags guaranteed to the first 100 registered, water stop and refreshments provided, timing and finish line by Seashore Striders Race Productions. Post race award ceremony at Fishing Pier.

COURSE

The April Fools Day Run takes you on a beautiful 3 – 6 mile journey through Cape Henlopen State Park (walk 1-2 miles). Plenty of unique surfaces will challenge you throughout. If you are looking for even splits, a personal record, or mile markers- stay home! If you are looking for a challenging course, a lot of fun, and a great workout- we will see you on the starting line on April 1^st. Happy April Fools Day!
